Wind microclimate simulations were completed for two site configurations, including existing site conditions and proposed within existing surrounds. Thus, pedestrian comfort and safety assessment was completed based on the standard Lawson criteria at both ground and terrace levels. The landscape was improved for the target site. The proposed development scheme was approved for construction by council authorities.
