MisK Museum is another high-profile project completed by SoftSim Consult. It is located in Saudico Misk City, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our team was responsible for numerical modelling activities completed to support the project team in various steps of the new cultural centre design.
A CFD assessment was completed for wind microclimate and thermal comfort within different target zones of the MisK museum’s development. The assessment results have supported the design teams in improving wind microclimate and outdoor thermal comfort conditions at all other access and recreational zones around the development and field of play zones.
Furthermore, wind pressure modelling was completed to support the structural design team of the complex double skin façade priory of wind tunnel testing of the museum building.
